Cancellation Policy
At All American Basketball Camp, we strive to provide a premium training environment while maintaining fairness, structure, and respect for all athletes and staff. Please read the following Booking & Use Policy carefully before confirming your session. 📅 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling ✅ Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled workout or gym rental. 📞 Contact us by phone, email, or through your client portal to make any changes. 🚫 Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the session being forfeited without refund. ⚠️ Emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis with valid documentation or notice. ⏰ Late Arrival & Overtime Policy ⏳ A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. 💸 If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, an additional $30 fee will apply for the extra time used (charged in 30-minute blocks). ⛔ If the lateness affects other scheduled sessions, your time may be shortened without compensation. 🧼 Gym Conduct & Upkeep Rules 🧹 Please leave the gym clean and organized after your session. No trash, bottles, or gear left behind. 🚫 No hanging, climbing, or misuse of gym equipment. 🏀 Balls and gear provided by All American Basketball Camp must be handled with care and returned to their original location. 👟 Clean, non-marking athletic shoes must be worn at all times inside the facility. 🚷 No food or colored drinks allowed on the court (water only). 👥 Guests & Spectators 👪 Parents or guardians are welcome to observe but must remain off the court. 🎥 Filming is allowed for personal use only — no commercial recordings unless approved in writing. 📜 Additional Policies 🕵️♂️ Staff reserves the right to end any session early without refund if rules are violated or unsafe behavior is observed. 📋 Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or policy violations may result in suspension or termination of your membership or booking privileges. 📸 By participating, you consent to potential photos/videos being used for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing. 🔒 By booking a session or gym rental, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
