🏀 Gym Rental Policy​

Respect the Court. Respect the Time. Ball the Right Way.

To ensure a smooth, respectful, and safe experience for everyone using our basketball gym facilities, please read and follow the policy below. This applies to all rentals, training sessions, team practices, and open gym reservations.

📆 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• ❗ Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your gym rental.

• ⏱️ Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $10 rescheduling fee.

• ❌ No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 1 hour before) will forfeit your session with no refund.

⏰ Time Policy & Overage Fees

• Rentals are booked for specific time slots. You must arrive and leave within your scheduled time.

• 🕒 If you go over your scheduled time by more than 10 minutes, there is an automatic $30 fee for an additional half hour.

• 🎯 Additional time may be granted only if the court is available, and must be requested in advance or approved on-site.

📌 Facility Rules

• ✅ Clean, non-marking indoor basketball shoes are required at all times on the court.

• 🚫 No food or drinks allowed on the court (water/sports drinks on the sidelines only).

• 🗑️ Please dispose of trash properly and return equipment to its place.

• 🎵 Music is allowed, but must be kept at a reasonable volume — no explicit lyrics if children are present.

• 💼 Coaches, trainers, or organizations renting must have proper supervision and insurance if applicable.

🧼 Upkeep & Cleanliness

• You are expected to leave the gym in the same condition you found it.

• Any damage or excessive mess (e.g., spilled drinks, trash left behind, damaged equipment) will result in any and all damages.

• Repeated violations of cleanliness or behavior standards may result in suspension of rental privileges.

👥 Guests & Supervision

• 🧒 All children must be supervised at all times — no running or horseplay outside the court area.

• 🚷 Unruly behavior, fighting, or disrespect toward staff or other guests will result in immediate removal from the premises.

• 🛑 No smoking, vaping, or alcohol on the premises at any time.
