🏀 Gym Rental Policy

Cancellations

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

• Changes made within 24 hours incur a $10 rescheduling fee.

• No-shows or cancellations within 1 hour are non-refundable.

Rental Time

• Please arrive and leave within your reserved time.

• Going over by more than 10 minutes results in a $30 half-hour fee, subject to court availability.

Facility Rules

• Non-marking basketball shoes are required.

• No food on the court (water/sports drinks allowed off the court).

• Clean up after yourself and return equipment.

• Keep music appropriate and at a reasonable volume.

• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or disruptive behavior.

Cleanliness & Damage

• Leave the gym clean and report any damage.

• Renters are responsible for any damage caused during their reservation.

Supervision

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Anyone acting disrespectfully or unsafely may be asked to leave.
