Cancellation Policy
Celebrate BIG, Ball Harder. At All American Basketball Camp, we’re excited to host unforgettable birthday parties for kids, teens, and sports lovers alike. To make sure your event runs smoothly and everyone has a blast, please review the following policy: 🏀 All American Party Package – $325 For up to 12 children (birthday child is FREE) Includes 1.5 hours of private court time 30 minutes for pizza, cake, and birthday fun (cake not included) A dedicated party host to organize games & activities Music, basketballs, paper goods, and a special gift for the birthday child $15 per additional child 📋 Booking & Payment A $100 deposit is required to secure your party date. Full payment is due no later than the day of the event. You may reschedule up to 7 days before your event at no cost. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit. 🎂 Party Rules & Reminders Parties are booked for a total of 2 hours — please arrive on time. Cake, food, drinks, and decorations (optional) must be brought by the host family. No confetti, silly string, or open flames (other than candles) allowed. Decorations must be easy to remove and not damage the facility. All children must wear athletic shoes on the court. We recommend that all party guests arrive 10–15 minutes early. 🔐 Safety & Supervision One adult must remain present for the entire duration of the party. Our supervisor host will help manage games and maintain order, but ultimate responsibility lies with the host parent(s). All guests and parents are expected to respect the rules of the gym and equipment. ⏰ Running Late? Events that run over their time slot are subject to a $30 fee per extra 15 minutes, based on availability. Please be ready to exit the court and party area promptly at the end of your scheduled time. 🧼 Clean-Up & Exit Our team will handle basic cleanup — just remove any personal items or decorations you brought. Any excessive mess or damage may incur an additional cleaning/damage fee of $25–$100. 📞 Let’s Party! Questions? Special requests?
